LPU floats more than 250 programmes with differential eligibility and fee structure. LPU NEST is not mandatory for every course. You need to mention the course interested for or you may check the details on website.

LPU runs more than 250+ programs from Diploma to doctorate, each and every course has their own eligibility. LPU NEST is Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test. Due to COVID-19 LPU has taken an initiative and has relaxed their eligibility criteria for most of the programs. LPU NEST is mandatory for admission in engineering, Ph.D. and Masters in agriculture for rest of the programs LPU NEST is not mandatory and is a scholarship test. Since you have tagged engineering, I will keep the answer to the point.
    1. You must get a JEE Mains score of 80 percentile and above.
    2. You can also get admission if the 12th score is 90% plus.
In both these scenarios you will also qualify for scholarships, but make sure you apply before deadline.

All you need is to check the eligibility criteria of the desired programme, as admission can be done subject to satisfying the eligibility condition of the particular programme. Thereafter, you can do the registration via online mode by entering the basic details and your application ID will be generated which will ACT as the gateway for further admission related processes like, Provisional fee payment, document submission etc.

Except LPU entrance exam, there is another way to get admitted in LPU. That is, your +2 or equivalent marks should meet the criteria of admission.

You can directly contact with the counselor or you can contact to the university. If you have more than 70% in 12th board exams, then there will be some concession as well in the fee structure.
  • Dear student, please mention the program in which you want to take admission. For further queries you can contact us on Tel: +91-1824-404404 / Toll Free: 1800 102 4431

Dear, Yes, if you miss the first phase of LPU NEST, you can still apply for the next phase. Lovely Professional University conducts LPU NEST in multiple phases each year to give students several chances to appear for the exam and qualify for admission or scholarships. You simply need to check the updated schedule on the official LPU website and complete the registration process for the upcoming phase. However, applying in the earlier phases is recommended, as it often provides better chances for higher scholarships and early admission to preferred programs.

Dear, To manage time effectively during the LPU NEST exam, start by carefully reading all the instructions and understanding the question pattern before you begin. Divide your total exam time based on the number of questions—allocate a few minutes to each and avoid spending too long on any single question.

Begin with the sections or questions you find the easiest to build confidence and secure quick marks, then move on to more challenging ones. Keep track of time using the on-screen timer and make sure to leave a few minutes at the end to review your answers. Practice mock tests regularly before the exam to improve your speed and accu
