    Hi,
Once you appear for SAT, based on your test scores you should short list the colleges. You should complete the application process, get letter of recommendation, school report, essays, upload the application, wait for the result and arrange financial documents. After getting offers, you can finalize one and register with them.

Your SAT scores are directly taken from college-board by the universities you will apply for and higher the score, better the chances of scholarships. Depending on the course, you might have very few scholarships at under graduate level, but once you enroll in a university, you will get many more. You can also look for financial aid offered by the university.
