University College of Science, Osmania University admissions are both merit and entrance-based. The college selects candidates for UG courses based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants applying for MSc and MCA need to qualify CGPET and TSICET, respectively. Once the selection process is over, candidates are allocated seats via TS DOST to UG courses. Selected aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college.

At the undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, postgraduate diploma, and research levels, Osmania University offers a variety of courses.
