What is the admission process to study company secretary? I've completed my MBA (finance) and B.Com (computers applications).

As you said, you passed B.Com, so you are eligible for Intermediate level. CS is mostly for secretary which means legal security which an entity want. You can enroll in it. Hope it will help you.
