What is the admission process? Will I get admission in this college? I got 73% in MH-CET and 63% in CMAT.

Tough to get into SIES at your score. Please confirm the seat in case you have secured anywhere else so that you do not lose out on any other college. You can always cancel the admission in other colleges if you get through SIES.

Bleak chances for MMS. But you can apply for PGDM AIMA if you haven't applied for core PGDM.

The admission process is quite sorted. Call up the college, inform them about your marks, take all your documents & reach there. The interview process will be scheduled & you will be notified. If selected, you will be informed soon.
