Download the form and fill it up. attach necessary documents and and courier it before 27th February. make sure you confirm the courier received by the office.

First of all you download a form from college website or you can purchase it from college campus. Yes you can courier it it with you score card. You can submit all the scores(CAT/ CMAT / ATMA / MAT / MH-CET / XAT) whatever you have appeared at or wherever you have scored highest
