What is the advantage after completing Bsc in IT is there any nice career in this field

B.Sc is just a basic degree on Computer Science. It will provide you learning to start your career as a software developer or tester career. But, you may able to get only junior developer role with B.Sc IT degree. It is recommended that for meaningful IT career you may plan education min up to M.Sc

Yes, B.Sc in computer science has bright career. But, B.Sc is not that much sufficient for computer science. You can get a job through B.Sc degree, but if you have more knowledge in coding , ethical hacking ,software developing then you will have a bright future, so I think you should do M.Sc in CS.
