    National Eligibility Test is for all those aspirants who wish to become Assistant Professor in one of the institute or college of India. Deserving candidates also get Junior Research Fellowship through UGC NET Exam. You must have Masters to appear in UGC NET. There is no age limit for those who appear in UGC NET for the post of Assistant Professor and 30 years is the maximum age limit for Junior Research Fellowship. If you are eligible for this exam, then apply for it. You can check the complete UGC NET Syllabus from here https://www.eduncle.com/cbse-ugc-net-exam

    The age limit to apply for NET exam is 28 years with a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC and PWD candidates
