Hello Sujay,
Your age should not less then 17 years and Not more then 20 years. But, you can do B.Tech after the age of 20 and also through correspondence as for regular classes, age limit is upto 20.

Please don't give your impressions, when you don't know the facts. There is no age limit to study B.Tech. Only for MBBS there is minimum age criteria of 17 years. Stop giving wrong information. Be silent if you are not sure.
