According to the eligibility criteria of most of the popular colleges, the candidate must not be over 20 years old at the time of admission. Candidates from reserved categories have a more relaxed limit at 22.

Age limit varies from college to college. CLAT has no age limit and some colleges had fixed upper age limit for application. Average or common age limit varies form 20-23 years.
