Hi Shanti,
Well the age limit to write for the UPSC exam is between 21-30 years but then if you are looking for the coaching, there are several institutes for the same, yet you may contact these directly so to inquire about the correspondence education and its fee.

The age is from 21yrs to 30yrs for a person to appear in UPSC exam.
I prefer you send a mail to the institues who have correspondance and they will help you regarding the fees.
