AIBE is an examination conducted by the Bar Council of India for law graduates willing to start their practice as a Lawyer. Applicants who qualify in the All India Bar Examination AIBE exam are issued Certificate of Proficiency certificates that allow the student to practice law in a court of law in India. Without the Certificate of Proficiency Certificate one can not practice law in Indian courts.
