And for NRI Category its 50,000 US Dollars.
Every year 3 Percent of the fees will increase. -
Depends on the college you want to pursue. Government colleges like AIIMS have their fee component in few hundred or thousands. Whereas, in private colleges, the minimum fee is 10 lakhs, which may go to any extent, depending on their infrastructure, etc.
