International students can apply for various programs and courses through UCAS (the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service). UCAS handles the most undergraduate application for UK universities. For 2025 entry, the University of Portsmouth application fee is £28.50 or INR 3072.84 (UCAS) for up to five choices. The application fee is non-refundable and applicants must pay it to submit the application for admission at the university.
