Southern California Institute of Technology (Caltech) requires a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $75.

If the application fee can present a financial hardship for some applicants.

If you are applying for financial aid and the application fee presents a hardship for you or your family, they will waive your fee with no additional documentation required. You have to complete the Caltech Active Transport Pass to have your application fee waived.

For students applying through QuestBridge, you are never charged an application fee when applying to Caltech with your QuestBridge application.
