If you pursue B.Tech in normal colleges, it is about INR 4 lacs, or in higher Universities, it is about 7 lacs to10 lacs.

It varies from college to college. Government colleges have less fee as compared to private institutes.
For IITs, it is about 2 per year including hostel and other charges.
(1/3 for housing income less than 1 lakh rupees)
For NITs, it is about 70k. -
It depends on the college.
Also, if you go for SRM or Manipal then the fees per year around Rs 1,50,000.
