What is the approximate ratio between lateral & fresher MBA candidates in terms of chances of placement & average package?

Hi Tushar,
Usually people with Work-Ex were 60% and freshers were 40%, but in my batch and most probably in the succeeding batches, I believe that the ratio will be more in favor of Work-EX due to the new changes coming to the admission process. Regarding placements, it depends entirely on the comp

current ratio 2:1 like if lateral salary is 50000 then fresher salary 20-25000 per month

Hello Tushar, first of all I would like to inform you that taking part in placement process and getting placed is all depend on yourself only.

Work ex students are approximately 70% and 30% non experienced, but placements depends on companies, that what they require in candidate per say.
