The Army TES is for candidates who have passed the 12th grade. The age limit, or Army technical entry scheme (TES), is similar to the NDA age limit. It goes like this:
    1. The minimum age requirement is 16 years and six months.
    2. The maximum age to which candidates can apply is 19 year six months. This age limit is counted as of the first day of the month in which the TES course is due to commence. For example, for Army TES January 2022, applicants must have been born between July 2, 2002 and July 1, 2005 (including both days). .

The age of the candidates should not be less than 16 years and more than 19 years on the first day of the month in which the course is due to begin.
