A student must have minimum 75% of attendance in order to appear in semester examinations. Also, students with attendance more than 95% gets full 5 marks for attendance as an internal marks.

Attendance plays a very important role in Amity University as it is the deciding factor about you being eligible for sitting in the semester examination. The minimum attendance required to keep you from getting debarred (not being able to sit in the exams) is 75%. If you have more than 75% attendance, not only would you be able to give exams, you would also get marks that will add to your internals as per your attendance percentage.

There is a minimum of 75% required marks by each student which is mandatory. Below this, students are not allowed to sit for exams in the subject and gets debarred. Above 75%, there is a mark system where you get marks in your internals as per your attendance.
