Mass media course is very vital in today's world and highly in demand. LPU offers a great faculties and facilities for the mass media courses. The average salary package of mass media is about Rs.2.4 LPA to Rs.3.60 LPA and the highest salary package is above Rs.7.5 LPA.

Dear Jatin, The average and the highest salary packages are 3 LPA and 3-6 LPA respectively. Career prospects are Journalists/Correspondents: Reporters, Editors/ Sub- Editors/ Assistant Editors Public, Relations Executives, Event Managers, Photojournalists, NewsMakers, Academicians and FilmMakers Companies which have visited as of now are: Hindustan Times, Indian Express, The Hindu, Dainik Jagran, Dainik Bhaskar, The Tribune, Times Now, CNN IBN, ABP News, India TV, NDTV India, Zee News, India Today, and Outlook The best thing I like about LPU about placement is, they provide placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. With the help of this, they can prepare themselves for placements till the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. LPU received an Employability award by Aspiring Mind in 2020 for best placement Institute in India.
