MBA HR salary for freshers varies from Rs 5 Lakhs per annum to Rs 15+ Lakhs per annum depending on ranking of BSchool and student Performance in MBA academics, GDPI and summer training performance . Highest salaries for legacy IIM and XLRI students and Tier III B-Schools students get lower end salar
