6 years agoMBA General, the average CTC for Finance goes around INR. 5 lac p.a, and the same for Marketing is around INR. 5.5 lac p. a. HR usually stays around 4. Overall average would be around INR. 4.5 lac p. a. MBA Marketing & Sales and MBA Retail appear along with the MBA Gen Marketing aspirants and hence the average is around INR. 5.5 lac p. a. MBA HR averages somewhere around INR. 4 Lac to INR. 4.5 lac p. a. -
Amity University can be looked at in terms of doing your graduation but not CTC. Few students get placed and package is not high for those who do. Please note I am saying this from perspective of Economics honors course which I studied.

9 years agoIts vary brach to branch. Please mention the degree/course for which you want to know the average CTC.
If you want to know the CTC for employees its also vary with location/stream /branch/ experiences/research work and publication.
If you have a good academic record, research work and publication alog with good communication skills they offers a handsome salary :)
