The fee structure for a pilot's training course varies from flying school to flying school and aircraft to aircraft.
By variation, flying school wise I mean:
    1. Fleet Available
    2. Operations on Controlled or Uncontrolled Airport
    3. Instructors available
    4. Infrastructure
    5. Navigational facilities and Examiner available
By variation, aircraft wise I mean:

Depending on the aviation school you select, the average would be approximately INR 30 Lacs. It takes completion of the CPL programme to become a pilot. This is possible both in India and overseas. The main benefit of conducting business in India depends on both domestic and foreign airports. The majority of students can complete CPL in a year. To become a pilot in India, you typically need to complete 200 hours of flight time plus the CPL theory course.
