Hello, The average package this year was Rs 20.5 lacs per annum. It doesn't matter if you are a fresher or have work experience. You should have the skills to get a good job.

Hi, There is no distinctions between a package that a fresher or an experienced person can get. The average package is close to around 22 lpa. Being a fresher does not guarantee you highest/lowest job.
