If you want to get a high package you need to be skillfull in at least 1 skill.For example in Finance-Equity,Bonds.In HR-kinesis or Caligraphy In Marketing-Digital marketing or good communication. Average salary is between 4-6lac per annum for fresher. Finance and marketing is in high demand compare to HR, but at ISME we always have around 20-25 students who opted for HR and we were able to place them in top MNC's as per their caliber. ISME has always achieved 100% placement.
