If you are looking for perfect IT branch, then I would suggest IIITD over these two institute.

Both DTU and NSIT are one among the best college in Delhi for Engineering. But still, your primary option should be DTU and then NSIT. However for placements, both provides you the enormous opportunities with handsome package. After all its all depends upon you and your capabilities. Hope this helps.
