Dear Rohit, My friend did Civil Engineering from LPU and got placed in an MNC. The highest package offered for Civil at LPU was 31 LPA and the average package was 4.2 LPA. The students are placed in companies like Cleanmax Solar, Al Rakha (UAE), Dharam Consulting, Era Infra Engineering Ltd., KEC International, Simplex, WSP India, XL Dynamics, CVENT, Rishishwar Construction, Premier Developers and Contractors, etc. The best thing I like about LPU about placement is, they provide placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. With the help of this, they can prepare themselves for placements till the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. LPU received an Employability award by Aspiring Mind in 2020 for best placement Institute in India. LPU is ranked 10th best university for Training and Placement in 2019 by Knowledge Review LPU got the Golden Star Award 2018 for being the University with the best placements in India. As per the last Year analysis, the Average Package for B.Tech. Civil Engineering is 4.4 LPA. Nearly 90% of the students got the placement even with multiple job offer. Highest salary package offered to students is 19.75 LPA by the company named Sobha Realty. In most of the cases, Students have been selected through PPO (Pre-placement offer) platform after the Internship in reputed tier - 1 companies. Multinational civil core companies like KEC international, L&amp;T , Trident Group, SOBHA REALTY, ASHIANA HOUSING LTD, MARKETS AND MARKETS RESEARCH PRIVATE LTD., PREET MACHINES LIMITED etc. used to visit the campus on regular basis. LPU always consider student's career interest / pathway like Corporate Job, Government Job, Higher studies, Entrepreneurship. Accordingly students are provided with PEP (Professional Enhancement Program) classes from the very first semester. LPU is having tie ups with multiple foreign Universities all over the world. Hello Rohit, A big number of campus placement drives with esteemed brands used to held every year. Last year the maximum package was 19.75 LPA by Sobha Realty. and the Average packages are 5 to 6 lakh PA. Apart from this Students are placed in brands like Gammon India, National Highway Authority of India, HCC, Shapoorji &amp; Pallonji, DLF Homes, RITES Ltd. , NCC, SAIL, DMRC BHEL, KEC INTERNATIONAL LIMITED etc. As per my friend's experiences, those are graduated in civil from LPU. LPU is Imparting knowledge through site visits, case studies, real-time designs of structures. It has well-equipped lab facilities like concrete testing, cement testing, soil testing, surveying, highway material testing, and structural mechanics. They are Teaching through PPTs, videos, images, and animations. Manual, as well as computerized structural designing skills with CAD and soft-wares like STAAD Pro, MX Road, are provided to the students. You can visit the LPU website for more information.
