What is the average package for HR specialization? Website mention whole package not particular specialization.

The average packages changes each year for each specialization. The placement data for each specialization is not disclosed as it changes unpredictably. But all specialization average packages are nearly equal to that of as a whole I.e. around 14-15 lacs. -

The average package of HR is not declared officially. But yes the average would stand at about 12 lpa for HR in SIBM.
