According to some agencies the average package for M.Tech students at Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology also known as OUAT was in the range of Rs 2.5 LPA to Rs 4 LPA while that some students even received packages as high as Rs 25 LPA. Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology has
