Various companies like ITC, JLR, EY, L'Oreal, Blue Star, Aditya Birla Group, ICICI Bank, Decathlon, Flipkart, Zycus, TATA, American Express, Bajaj Finserv, Indiabulls, KPMG and many more visit the campus to recruit the students of AIM.

The average package can be around INR 7.5 lakhs. Also, please keep in mind that the package, as well as associated perks and incentives largely depend on the company that hires you. Banks like ICICI, Yes Bank and HDFC Bank are great places to begin great careers. However, after completing a PGDM program in Banking & Finance, if you feel that you don't want to start with a bank, that's absolutely fine. You can find placements in all the prestigious brands and organizations across sectors including financial services, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, etc. E&Y, Tata Motors Finance Limited, ITC Limited, Birla Sun Life, Blue Star, Kent Ro, India Bulls, and Oyo are some of the brands that constantly look out for talented and passionate graduates for different sorts of roles and responsibilities in their finance / accounts departments.

Dear Nupur, Joining Master's in finance doesn't mean that you will get a job only in the commercial bank. There are some other sectors and field also which requires a high level of finance students. If you are very good in quantitative finance and have a brilliant academic record you will surely get a job of financial analyst, risk manager, financial planner, M & A expert etc in any core finance company or investment bank.
