    Hello Nupur,
The average package in Banking & Finance ranges from INR 5 LPA - INR 8 LPA. Yes, you can expect to be placed in companies other than banks. Various companies like ITC, JLR, EY, L'Oreal, Blue Star, Aditya Birla Group, ICICI Bank, Decathlon, Flipkart, Zycus, TATA, American Express, Bajaj Finserv, Indiabulls, KPMG and many more visit the campus to recruit the students of AIM.

The average package can be around INR 7.5 lakhs. Also, please keep in mind that the package, as well as associated perks and incentives largely depend on the company that hires you.
Banks like ICICI, Yes Bank and HDFC Bank are great places to begin great careers. Dear Nupur,
Joining Master's in finance doesn't mean that you will get a job only in the commercial bank. There are some other sectors and field also which requires a high level of finance students. If you are very good in quantitative finance and have a brilliant academic record you will surely get a job of financial analyst, risk manager, financial planner, M & A expert etc in any core finance company or investment bank. However, the average package depends upon your own capabilities, past work experience and the college you are studying in.
Hope this helps. Upvote the answer if you feel satisfied.
