As per my view, best placements and rankings are the outcome of best input and so is for LPU. My cousin was planning to take admission in CSE few days ago on good Engineering institute. After inquiring from the counsellors of LPU we came to know that LPU has been ranked top 80 amongst all private and government institutions by NIRF, MHR, GOI. The average package lies between 3 to 4 lakhs. LPU has major tie-up with IT giants like cognizant etc. Many mass recruiter companies visit the campus and recruits the students. But due to over population there are still who are unemployed. LPU is having a world class infrastructure but certain problems exist like faculty, crowd etc. It will depend on you how much talent you have got and what are the skill you are having. You can also get very good packages of 10-15 lakhs easily. Best of luck
