Salary package for all the crew may it be cabin crew or cockpit crew varies from airline to airline. They are paid a certain amount as fixed pay and additional wages are given for the layover and long-haul flights.
Experience also keeps adding to the pay for cabin crew. Starting pay is usually in the range of INR 35000 to 45000.
At present Vistara Airline is paying the most, although the variation from it's immediate followers in pay is merely 3-4K.
Jet Airways is almost at par with Vistara in paying. Followed by Air India and Indigo.

Cabin crew are the people who come in contact with guests flying in the aircraft of the career. So one can say that these people are the contact points of the airlines with people who actual pay the airlines. Hence all companies make sure that this first experience is best for the customer. This only ensures repeat passengers and keeps cash flow of airlines intact.Cabin crew gets paid a decent salary package of around Rs.5-6 L per annum. 7 years agoOn an average, first officer earns Rs 2.61 lakh for flying 50 hours. He can earn Rs 3.3 lakh if he logs in 90 hours of flying time. For a senior officer, the salary will be Rs 3.75 lakh a month for 70 hours, going up to Rs 4.3 lakh for 90 hours. An IndiGo captain will now earn Rs 6.01 lakh every month for 70 hours of flying and over Rs 7 lakh for 90 hours. The starting salary of a crew ranges between Rs.15,000 to Rs. 30,000 for flying not more than 72 hours in a month. The salaries keep increasing as seniority keeps increasing, going up to Rs. 75,000 a month.

In India, your package would start somewhere around 6-7 lakhs P.A, and gradually it might increase with your basic salary.
