What is the average package offered for finance? One of my friend in BIIB finance told me that his average package is of Rs.3.5 to 4 lakhs.

2 yr before avg. Package is 4 but now it's 5-6 lacs. Every year data changes after placement. 3.5 package is given to those who left in last .,And per academic background you can get package more than 6 lacs,jst you have to work hard. -
Hi Viky. It's all depend on the company, the average package information is given by authorites to us. Therefore it can happen taht your friend not know with overall coverage of Finance placement. When you take all in a one bag which college do take the average package would be Rs 5,50,000.
