Based on my research and experience as a alumni of LPU, I believe LPU offers the best MBA placements. The institution also provides us with real-world experience through several training programmes and an internship, which is required for all students. Our department hosts guest lectures from professionals and successful people to broaden our learning opportunities. The placements are outstanding. I'm a recent graduate who has been placed in a good company, and some of my friends have also been placed abroad. In-house training programme provide industrial experience. Many external workshops are organized by the institution for us. On-campus positions often offer a good compensation package. The environment at the university is rather nice, with high-tech security.Khimji Ramdas received the highest package, 16.6 LPA. Federal Bank offered a package of 10.2 LPA to a student; SCALER offered a package of 9.5 LPA. Every year, about 650 firms come to LPU for recruitment, with an average of 5-12 LPA packages. At LPU 21 LPA was the highest salary package offered, 5.5 is the average salary package. The university has a tie-up with over 700 companies that come for campus placements. Professors go for value-based education which is something we as professionals would require in our career. Guest lectures by experts and some really successful people are arranged by our department to widen our scope of learning. Most of faculty members are from IIM or from elite B- Schools (India/Abroad. They have decade of experience. Faculty was really helping. Even they helped her after regular university hours for her projects. The placements are exemplary. Im a pass-out myself and Im placed in a decent company, while some of my friends are placed abroad, too. Industrial exposure is offered through in-house training programs. The university organizes many external workshops for us. The package provided by on-campus jobs is also satisfactory. Universitys environment is pretty decent with high-tech security. They also organize regular interactive one-on-one sessions with experts where we can discuss our views and share our doubts and problems. MBA students are getting placed at an average package of >46 LPA in more than 100 companies. More than 150+ companies have already visited 20192020 MBA batch of MBA and nearly all of them are already placed and many of them already on OJT(on the job training).

Dear Sneh Pandey, I don't know the MBA placement and package offered at DIT University but being alumni of LPU, I would be sharing the MBA placements at LPU with you. Usually MBAs from a decent college (without any prior work experience) would generally start at -3 lacs -5 lacs per Annum Large companies will pay you less but provide a decent level of job security. Startups would pay you more but job security would be questionable. Also these days I am hearing startups are getting smart with their pay packet. There have been instances when some startups have shown an inflated number during recruitment but the real payout was a subset of that. Dear student the average package offered by the companies for our MBA students uptill now is 3.5 Lakhs and Highest for this year was 5.5 Lakhs but for the last year the Highest Package was 10 Lakhs given by Al futtaim Dubai based company.So there is no fix highest package for MBA or any other Program as very year the ratio gets differ.But altogether we always have best placments in DIT Univeristy.
