Being alumni of LPU, I can share the details of placements at LPU only.
If I talk about the rankings of the Lovely Professional University Zee News Survey rated us as 11th Best in India in Placements. Dear Manish, as an alumni of LPU. LPU is the better choice to pursue your engineering. LPU does provide B.Tech in Mechanical. LPU is a better option, in terms of placements, best curriculum, infrastructure, well-experienced faculty, and provides hands-on experience on the latest technologies. here are almost 4658 universities in India providing B.Tech degree in multiple domains like Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc. I would say that Lovely Professional University is a great university which every students are looking for. Be it studies, hangout places, infrastructure or extracurricular activities, this university has it all. Faculties are highly qualified, most of the faculties have done their Ph.D and others are pursuing, They have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge.They are cooperative and whenever you need their help they are ready to help you out.
PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering: Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning) Quantitative Aptitude Skills Technical Aptitude Skills Presentations and Soft Skills Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc.)
Mechanical Engineering students at LPU are provided with enormous opportunities of placement drives.
