The average package for PGDM-HR starts from 15k to 20k per month depending upon your qualifications and experience. Normally if you are a fresher, then you have to start from a consultancy, but it also depends on the B-School from which you are passing out because MNC's directly recruit from reputed institutions. Otherwise there are walk ins also available for PGFM-HR for various MNC's and consultancies. The average package normally starts from 15k and ranges upto 25K depending upon your knowledge and experience in the field.
