Last year the highest package was 18lac p.a De Shaw comapy
average package was 5.5-6 lac p.a

Yes CS is the best branch in Thapar including mechanical. 100% placement and the max package this year was 32lacs by a Japan Company an average package was 7-8 lacs. Companies coming for placement process are Deloitte, DeShaw, microsoft, Make My Trip, Accenture, etc.
