Average package for fresher and for work experienced are same. only few companies offer higher package for work experienced compare to fresher. And the last year average package was 6.5 Lacs p.a. -
There is not much difference between packages offered to a fresher as compared to someone with work experience. Average would be around 6 lacs p.a. for a fresher.
