The minimum package is very difficult to comment on, as there are alot of companies which visit the campus. the average package in operations is around 7-7.5 Lacs p.a. As you also have a work experience you might have an edge above the freshers.
As less number of students opt for operations as a specialization even core engineering companies pick up less candidates. Overall placements of operations batch is around 70 percentage.
