What is the average package offered to an NIT student?

Hi Ram This is hard to predict about the package or salary because it all depends upon the kind of job, location, merit etc. If I presume you are asking about an average salary after completion of your graduation in Engineering then I can say it's between 18K and 35K

It varies from one NIT to another, one branch to another. It cannot be generalized for all the NITs. You will get higher package in CSE than Mech. Moreover, you will get higher package in older and top ranked NIT than others.
