What is the average package offered to IIM, Ahmedabad and IIM, Indore students?

IIM-Ahmedabad offers an average of 20 LPA and IIM-Indore offers an average package of 16 LPA. -
Well, if you've heard for reliable sources like The Hindu or the Economic Times it is true. The salary at the top 3 IIMs are very high.
Before I mention the salaries, let me start by saying that there are two types of placements:
The Summer Placements: These are internships and salary may range from a few lakhs to even 10,000 per month and is for a period of two to three months. This internship may turn into a full time job based on your performance.

7 years agoAverage CTC of IIM-A students hovers around INR 20-21L and of IIM-I students hovers around INR 15L. This is cost to company and not the in hand salary offered to students. In hand salary would be much less that the CTC. For further information refer placement report of IIM -A and IIM -I.
