Having 2-3 years experience is better for advancing your career and it equally helps in final placement as well but it's also true that freshers also get equal opportunity for final placement at PUMBA.

It is not always that the experienced students get a higher package than the others,not in PUMBA.It certainly depends on the way you perform in your interview.Some companies do get higher package for experienced candidates but the freshers do have a good chance at placement through PUMBA.
