What is the average pay of an IAS officer in the beginning?

The basic pay of entry level IAS officers is Rs. 56,100. Allowances like Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) and Travel Allowance (TA) are also provided.
So the total salary will be Basic Pay + DA + HRA + TA.
