What is the average placement a fresher gets in Balaji with specialisation in HR? Does profile and year gap matter during placements?

This year, the average package offering is approx. 6.5 LPA at Balaji College. In HR specialization it is around 5.5 LPA but HR provides good companies as compared to other specialisations.
