After getting a M.Tech degree, a candidate can earn an average of INR 3- 10 lakhs annually. Moreover, the salary of a candidate also depends on the profile he/she is working on. The average package offered across top IITs to M.Tech students ranges between INR 8-15 LPA with the highest package of INR 22 LPA. The salary depends on the institute, location of the organisation, experience of the candidates and skills acquired during work and course.

The average salary after M.Tech in India can vary based on various factors such as specialisation, industry, job profile, experience, and location. However, the average salary for an M.Tech graduate in India is around INR 6-7 Lacs per annum. This can vary significantly based on the above-mentioned factors. Some M.Tech graduates can earn even higher salaries, especially if they have relevant work experience and skills.
