Most organizations can offer a pay scale for DPharm fresh graduates from INR 3 Lacs to INR 4 lakh per annum. Initially, new joiner will keep training or probation position, after which their pay scale would be revised. Post that new employees can find a salary in range of INR 5 Lacs - INR 7 Lacs. Af
