Starting salary of CSE fresher varies between Rs 3 to 15 Lakhs depending on brand image of college and student profile. IIT and BITS graduate get upper range salaries.

If you are B.Tech CSE from a Tier III college and you do M.Tech from IIT you can get salary above 10 Lakhs from 3 Lakhs. But if you are B.Tech from IIT you may just get additional 1 or 2 Lakhs extra after M.Tech from IIT.
