    According to a few unofficial sources, the average salary for MBA graduates is €99,500 (Around INR 88 L), with salaries ranging from €45,000 - €194,800. As per the employment report, 94% IESE MBAs land a job within 3 months and more opt for careers in Consultancy. 21% of the graduates opted for full-time jobs in Finance and 16% opt for Corporate and Management roles. Amazon, Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company and the Boston Consulting Group were some of the firms that hired the most MBA graduates last year.
