The average salary for MBA graduates at XLRI Delhi for the 2024 placement season- INR 29.89 Lacs per year. The highest domestic package reached INR 75 Lakhs per year that did reflect a minimum peep into the competition of the job market. Accenture Strategy, Amazon, BCG, Tata Steel, and Hindustan Unilever comprised some of the major recruiters who, aside from consulting firms, are making the large number of placements. The overall success rate in the placement drive was reached at 100%, with 503 students receiving offers from 154 companies.
