The average salary you receive depends on a number of factors. If you get a job through campus placements, you can get a higher salary package. Other factors that play an important role are the type of MBA College, your specialization, work experience, skills, academic records, etc.

It depends from company to company as well as college to college. You can expect anything from Rs. 4L to 40L. Other factors also play a role like your college location, specialisation, having work-experience or not, your performance/profile during BBA and/or MBA, etc.

Salary after MBA is basically dependent on B-school's reputation, brand image and ranking. Freshers are able to draw CTC between from Rs 4 Lakhs to Rs 15+ Lakhs based on B-school and personal profile.
